Hello Guildies!!!
Hello and welcome to the guild Neutral Ground
The Info here is for the guild only Or until I deem it ok to share with the outside world. What you will find here are many of my secrets that I have discovered. Why I do certain things. How I prepare for a game day and more. All this will be put up as I have time.
This page will be a bit sloppy but will try to keep it in some sort of order.
First Things First
The site your on for this Is Mine OG Richie the GM of Neutral Ground The site its self is about many different games including Guild Wars 2, Not all that I discover goes up on the site, nor does it all show up here. With time you will figure out what will show up on the site, what comes here and what to ask about.
The Guild Hierarchy
The Hierarchy of this guild will shift and change as needed, as it stands right now this is how this will work.
Hierarchy
1 - Guild Leader
2/1 - GM Officers / Enforcer
3/3/1 - PvP / PvE /Bouncer Officers
Then the other ranks to be determined Current Guild Leader
Think of the GL kinda like a god, he can do what ever wants. Lucky for you he is a nice guy... Unlucky for you he surrounds himself with Officers that have little to no interest in Game Politics so if they say your out, your out even if he likes you.
Richie
Current GM Officers
Officers have the power of Guild leader just about. They can invite, kick anyone but other GM officers and Enforcer, they however will warn you about what may or may not happen, the will talk to the Guild Leader and the Enforcers to let everyone know what is happening. (These are the nice guy Officers)
Suzan - While she may be nice and friendly she has no qualms about letting you know your screwing up and will notify SupaPhly of any inappropriate Actions.
Scott - One of the smartest guys on the planet, Do not bug him for all the answers, that's what the other officers are for, HOWEVER if he does answer a question take close note.
Enforcer AkA Pimp Master
The Enforcer AkA Pimp Master This guy has all the powers of a GL sept cant kick the GM Officers, He however does have the power to make the ultimate judgement call Kicking without warning. The reason behind this officer. Some times a action is so confusing to some officers or the action may be so bad, That having a enforcer to make the final decision on it comes in handy.
SupaPhly - pissing him off is a very bad idea, he may or may not give a warning about you getting booted, and His word is better than yours. He always has a good reason for booting or demoting.
Officers
While officers do not have the full power to kick players from the guild they do have the power to demote warnings will be given by PvE and PvP, better hope that a bouncer however isn't near or you could be visiting a lower rank quickly.
PvE Officers
Having a problem in PvE? These are they guys to ask if no one else will answer. Please do give them some time to answer a question, they could be AFK or in the middle of a fight.
PvP officers
Having a problem in PvP? These are they guys to ask if no one else will answer. Please do give them some time to answer a question, they could be AFK or in the middle of a fight.
Bouncers
Think of these guys as a mini Enforcer While they may not be as Bad Azz as a full enforcer they can demote you instantly for bad behavior.
Guild MottoDo not Meddle in affairs of Dragons For you are Crunchy and taste Good with Ketchup.

Guild Rules
Just use your common sense do not think I have to list it all.
If it will make the guild look bad don't do it.
If it will make you look bad don't do it.
Try to keep calm even when other players are being jerks.
Try to keep it PG13 most of the time and always when you know there are kids that can hear you.
When it come to politics, try to keep it to a minimum everyone has a view, and since it can get extremely heated we would prefer not to create to much strife. If it is a must to talk about keep it friendly.
Religion is the same way as politics.
Ok a few quick things to Note:1. Contacting Me
Use the Contact Us I check this every couple days plz put your game character name in the subject line so I know who it is. If its
2. My game schedule is crazy to say the least, Do to the economy if a job call comes in I will take off to do it, but if I am on and in a middle of a mission I will finish it up first.
3. Family is more important than the game so don't get mad if someone leaves to do things with them or help them out.
4. Real Life does effect the game, so relax and try to enjoy.
5. At this time the GL does not usually play on Sundays and Wednesday so if you are having problems or need help ask a officer.
6. There are Times the GL is on but may not be able to group or help you (this happens couple days a week for a few hours) Reason for this is working on the Site (sorry but Need it to take off big)
Policy'sKick out Policy
If you are inactive for a 6 month period or more you may get kicked out. (Please try to pop in at least once every month. Or if you know you wont be on let us know why like military service.)
Being intentionally - Mean, gross, rude, sexually explicit towards another guild member, ect... I think you get the idea.
To many complaints: this one takes a vote of the guild officers. I of course can veto this but chances are I wont. The Exception to this is the Enforcer.
This brings up a good point- Officers do have the power to kick anyone off for any offense, but they will need to let me know why.
Also the original creators of the Guild / Alliance will not be kicked out for reasons of inactivity.
You may find that the Guild Leader is more lenient than the officers. Do not think that will stop you from being booted just because you befriend the GL.
Officer Policy
GM Officers Need to be active if they are inactive for more than a month they will be demoted unless they contact me or another officer to let us know what is happening.
Officers need to be active. If inactive for a month they lose officer unless they contact me or another officer to let us know what is happening.
Breaking any of the rules is a automatic demotion.
Becoming a Officer
Be active.
Help The guild as much as possible.
You may ask. Does not mean you will get it.
(More will be added to here so you know what we are looking for in a officer.)
Another officer can promote another person but if they do not fit the criteria the GL has in mind you will be demoted.
Officer ranks will open up as we gain more players the basic formula for this is as follow
For every 10 new players that join after we have 30 players in the guild 1 new officer slot will open This may change.
Moving up the ranks
Be active.
Help The guild as much as possible.
You may ask. Does not mean you will get it.
Each Guild Officer has a say during Guild Meetings about Players ranking up, so we are paying attention to attitudes.
Leaving and Returning Policy
If you decide to leave:
You may return 1st time with just a invite.
If you did it a 2nd time you need a majority vote from the Officers.
If you leave a 3rd time you will not be allowed back in.
The exceptions to this is if you let us know why you were leaving and if you plan on coming back and when. If it is longer than 3 months rule 2 takes effect.
If kicked out
If you are kicked out by the Enforcer You will Need His vote to get back in or the votes from 2 GM officers and the GL. You will have a chance to plead your case.
If you were kicked out by a GM Officer you will need a unanimous vote from the officers to return. There is no return if kicked a 2nd time.
If you leave after being accepted back in from a kick out you will need a majority vote + support of the GL to return.
Noobie Policy
Congrats on being invited to guild.
You are now on probation for 2 months.
1st two weeks are the hardest you can be kicked for any reason at all by officers.
Weeks 3 to the 2nd month officer will kick for violations of policy's no warning is needed.
The Enforcer may kick for any reason at any time.
The kick out policy will fully apply to you at the end of the 2nd month.
ContestThis will be added at a later date
Class TheoryThis will be my theory on the classes as i see how they play and what may be there strongest strategy for use.
TipsTips:
Relax, If you want to be able to survive incredible odds, be able to turn the tide of a fight, or just have a more enjoyable experience you need to relax.
I will fall prey to not doing this from time to time, when this happens you can see it in my game play.
relax tipsTake some deep breaths, before you do a mission.
After a Huge fight stop for a minute and let the adrenaline calm down.
Close your eyes for 5 seconds (try not to fall asleep) Do not do this in a fight.
Try to remember its a game.
